Can foreign nationals own property in Dubai?

Yes. All Crez residences sit in designated freehold zones, where international buyers hold 100% ownership with a title deed registered at the Dubai Land Department.

Do purchases qualify for the Golden Visa?

Property valued at AED 2 million or above makes the owner eligible for the UAE's 10-year renewable Golden Visa. Every current Crez residence exceeds that threshold; our team manages the application end to end.

What payment plans are available?

Construction-linked plans on all off-plan residences, typically 20% on booking, 40% during construction, and 40% at handover. Select residences carry two-year post-handover terms.

What are the ongoing costs of ownership?

Dubai levies no annual property tax. Owners pay a one-time 4% DLD transfer fee at purchase and annual service charges, which range from AED 18 to 42 per square foot across our portfolio.

How does handover work?

A private snagging inspection with our engineers, followed by title registration and key transfer. Every residence carries a one-year defect liability period and a ten-year structural warranty.
